pFax is an internet fax service that allows users to receive faxes directly in their e-mail. pFax accepts multiple faxes simultaneously, making it the perfect fax solution for offices receiving high volume of incoming faxes.

HOW IT WORKS

When user signs up for pFax service, user will be assigned a dedicated 8 digit pFax number to use as fax number. When faxes are sent to this fax number, they are converted into TIFF files and delivered to the user's email address as attachment to e-mail. Instead of collecting incoming faxes from the fax machine, user receive and retrieve the faxes from their PC or notebook as e-mail. All text and formatting of the faxes remain unchanged. They can be opened, read, printed, stored, forwarded and deleted, just like any e-mail message.
